Conclusion of the Specialized Training Program for Engineers (TOT)
The Technology Community Center for Training and Consulting successfully concluded its 10-day training program for engineers, held at its headquarters in Sana’a, Yemen, from Saturday, April 19 to Saturday, May 4, 2025. The program targeted a group of engineers from various private and public organizations, with the aim of developing their personal and technical skills in the field of training and enabling them to provide effective training to local cadres in various fields, including digital programs, cybersecurity, and institutional building.
This program is a unique platform for enhancing training competencies. It provided participants with the basic skills to deliver innovative and effective training, focusing on modern training strategies and methods that ensure effective information delivery and foster a culture of continuous learning within the workplace. The Technology Community Center’s continued implementation of such programs reflects its commitment to developing national cadres to keep pace with the rapid development of technology and digital transformation, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in the digital field.
Through this program, trainees’ performance has been enhanced and their productivity within their organizations has increased, contributing to building specialized national capacities capable of supporting sustainable development across various sectors.
