
The Technology Community Center for Training and Consulting concluded, from January 31 to February 5, 2026, the specialized training program titled
“Corporate Roadmap: From Strategic Planning to Operational Execution,” as part of its efforts to enhance institutional performance and build leadership and executive capabilities.
The program witnessed active participation from the staff of Voltamax Import & Trading Company, with 17 trainees benefiting from an intensive training program that focused on aligning strategic visions with daily operational plans and processes, contributing to improved institutional performance and the efficient and sustainable achievement of objectives.
The program included practical modules covering a range of modern tools and practices, most notably:
- Formulating measurable operational goals following the SMART methodology.
- Developing and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure performance effectively.
- Applying strategic analysis tools to understand the institutional environment and identify opportunities and challenges.
- Preparing actionable work plans that support operational sustainability and institutional growth.
At the conclusion of the program, the Technology Community Center team honored the participants and presented them with certificates of completion, commending the high level of engagement and commitment demonstrated by the trainees throughout the program.
The center emphasized that implementing this program for Voltamax represents a successful model of integration between training and institutional capacity building, highlighting that sound corporate planning is a cornerstone for effective institutional and digital transformation.
