اختتم مركز مجتمع التكنولوجيا للتدريب والاستشارات، بالتعاون مع مجتمع الموارد البشرية المهنية والوطنية للتمويل ، ورشة عمل متخصصة بعنوان:
الذكاء الاصطناعي في الموارد البشرية
والتي أقيمت يوم السبت الموافق 16/05/2026 و شهدت حضوراً مميزاً من قيادات الموارد البشرية، والمدراء التنفيذيين، والمهتمين بالتحول الرقمي وتطوير بيئات العمل الذكية ( معهد الطيران المدني ، بنك التسليف التعاوني والزراعي ، بنك التضامن ، شركة موكا للصناعات الغذائية المحدودة ،الشركة اليمنية العمانية للاتصالات YOU، شركة تيليمن ، شركة رؤية انرجي – مجموعة هائل سعيد ، شركة جياش للصرافة ،بنك الأمل ،الحسيبي للصرافة ، جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا ، شركة وي كاش ، هيئة الطرق والجسور ،المستشفى اليمني الأردني ،شركة شركة الحاصل للتجارة العامة ،شركة المري للصرافة ،وزارة التربية والتعليم )
خلال الورشة تناقشنا في محاور عملية وواضحة:
- • كيف يبدأ التحول الذكي في أقسام HR؟
- • تقنيات فرز السير الذاتية تلقائيًا بدقة تتجاوز العنصر البشري.
- • كيف تتنبأ الأنظمة الذكية بمغادرة الموظفين قبل ما يقدموا استقالتهم.
- • عرض عملي لكيف نحول آلاف البيانات إلى رؤى مرئية (Dashboards) تساعد صُناع القرار.
- وكان في استعراض تقني حي (Live Demo) شمل:
- • نظام ذكي لفرز السير الذاتية.
- • للتوظيف والتفاعل مع المتقدمين Chatbot .
- • تحليل حي لبيانات الموظفين والتنبؤ بالاحتياجات التدريبية.
- • نماذج تفاعلية للوحات مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
- • عرض نتائج عبر Dashboard بسيط باستخدام Orange Data Mining وPython وتقنيات ذكاء اصطناعي مبسطة.
هدف الورشة كان بسيط وواضح: نفتح بوابة معرفية تخلّي المشاركين يتعرفوا على الأدوات الحديثة، ونكسر الخوف من تقنيات زي Python وOrange ونبرز سهولة تطبيقها في بيئة العمل.
الورشة جذبت قيادات الموارد البشرية، مدراء تنفيذيين، مسؤولي التطوير والتحول الرقمي، وأصحاب أعمال مهتمين بأتمتة مؤسساتهم.

Successful conclusion of the “Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources” workshop
The Technology Community Center for Training and Consulting, in cooperation with the Professional Human Resources Society and the National Finance Association, successfully concluded a specialized workshop entitled:
Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources
The workshop was held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, and saw an outstanding attendance from HR leaders, chief executives, and professionals interested in digital transformation and the development of intelligent work environments, including representatives from:
Civil Aviation Institute, Cooperative and Agricultural Bank, Al-Tadamun Bank, Moka Food Industries Ltd., Yemeni‑Omani Telecommunications Company (YOU), TeleYemen, Vision Energy – Hail Saeed Group, Al-Ghayash Exchange Company, Al-Amal Bank, Al-Hassibi Exchange Company, University of Science and Technology, WeCash, Roads and Bridges Authority, Yemeni–Jordanian Hospital, Al-Hassel Trading Company, Al-Marri Exchange Company, and the Ministry of Education.
During the workshop, we discussed the following practical and clear topics:
- How the smart transformation begins within HR departments.
- Automatic CV screening technologies with accuracy beyond human capability.
- How intelligent systems can predict employee departures before they submit their resignations.
- A practical demonstration of how to convert thousands of data records into visual insights (dashboards) to support decision‑makers.
The session also included a live technical demonstration featuring:
- An intelligent CV screening system.
- A chatbot for recruitment and interacting with applicants.
- Live analysis of employee data and prediction of training needs.
- Interactive dashboards for performance indicators (KPIs).
- A simple dashboard showing results using Orange Data Mining, Python, and simplified artificial intelligence techniques.
The aim of the workshop was simple and clear: to open a knowledge gateway that helps participants get familiar with modern tools, overcome fear of technologies such as Python and Orange, and highlight how easily these technologies can be applied in the workplace environment.
The event attracted HR leaders, executive managers, development and digital transformation officers, and business owners interested in automating their organizations.
